This is a laboratory, not a business. Every page here exists to test how search engines and AI assistants handle structured data. Nothing is for sale and no organisation described on this site is real.

Restaurant

Restaurant, fully implemented

A complete Restaurant and Menu implementation on a page that says plainly the business is fictional.

The Bracket is not a real restaurant. It does not exist, it has no address you can visit, and nobody has ever eaten there. It is a fully written restaurant page, marked up the way a real one should be, so that the markup can be tested without misrepresenting a real business.

The room

A twelve-table room with an open pass, built around a wood oven. The menu is short and changes with what the kitchen can get. Service is counter-first: you order at the pass, you sit, the food comes out as it is ready rather than in courses.

Menu

To start

  • Bread and cultured butter
  • Marinated olives, orange peel, fennel seed
  • Chicory salad, anchovy dressing

From the oven

  • Margherita, san marzano, fior di latte, basil
  • Nduja and honey
  • Mushroom, taleggio, thyme
  • Potato, rosemary, pecorino

After

  • Affogato
  • Olive oil cake

Hours

Wednesday to Sunday, 17:00 to 22:00. Closed Monday and Tuesday.

What this specimen is testing

Restaurant is one of the richest types in the vocabulary, and one of the most commonly implemented badly. This specimen implements it fully: the organisation, its opening hours as structured data rather than prose, its menu as a linked Menu object with real sections, and its price range and cuisine.

The authored markup for this specimen also contains an aggregateRating. It is not in the output. No real diner has ever rated this fictional restaurant, so the theme withheld those properties and noted it below the markup. What ships is what you see.
